Profile: Laure Martinelli is a Senior Expert at the Department of Corrosion in the Direction of Energies at CEA in Paris Saclay University.

She is mainly involved in high temperature corrosion for nuclear energy systems including Pressurized Water Reactors, Molten Salts Reactors, metal cooled Reactors. She participates in teaching high temperature corrosion subjects at Paris-Saclay University and Engineering school. She is also Vice Chair of the Working Party 4 (Nuclear Corrosion) of the European Federation of Corrosion and participates in the Cefracor (French Center of Non-corrosion) activities involved in teaching. Finally, she is parts of the Editorial Board of the journal MRT (Metallurgical Research and Technology).
